LNWH Charity Launches £150,000 Appeal for Maternity Bereavement Suite at Northwick Park Hospital

London North West Healthcare Charity has initiated a £150,000 fundraising campaign to establish the Myrtle Suite, a dedicated bereavement facility at Northwick Park Hospital. This private, self-contained space within the labour ward will provide grieving parents with a peaceful environment to spend time with their baby. The suite will feature a family room, kitchenette, double bedroom, and ensuite bathroom. Inspired by parents like Priya, who experienced the loss of her son Shayen in 2017, the initiative emphasizes the importance of compassionate spaces during such difficult times.
